Please note that we do not follow any school’s calendar of events.
During winter months, refer to our Winter Weather policy below.
Tuition is due by the 1st of every month. After the 10th, a $15 late fee will be assessed for the first month
and a $20 late fee will be assessed for continuing months.
Tuition is not pro-rated or adjusted for missed classes.
Tuition is based on all lessons and is divided into 9 equal payments (Sept - May).

September 11 Studio Opens
October 23 - October 28 Students may bring a friend and wear Halloween costumes
October 31 Studio Closed for Trick or Treat
November 6 - 11 Parent visiting nights for entire lesson period
November 11 COSTUME DEPOSIT IS DUE!! Costume forms will be emailed
November 19 Gahanna Lights Festival 3:00 - 6:30pm
November 21 - 26 ** THANKSGIVING BREAK STUDIO WILL BE CLOSED!**
(Open Monday)
December 20 - January 2 ** Holiday BREAK STUDIO WILL BE CLOSED!**
(Open Wednesday)
January 3 Classes resume!
January 15 - 20 Parent Sneak-a-Peek Week for last 15 minutes of the lesson
February 19 ** PRESIDENT’S DAY STUDIO WILL BE CLOSED!**
March 4 - 8 Parent visitation/videotaping week (entire lesson)
March 8 - 10 KAR dance competition for all competition classes
March 13 - 16 Varsity Varieties at Gahanna Lincoln High School
March 17 Dancing For Life at Gahanna Lincoln High School 2-4pm
April 8 - 13 ** SPRING BREAK STUDIO WILL BE CLOSED!**
April 15 - 20 Distribution of recital costumes
(all classes for the last 20 minutes of lesson period)
April 29 ALL ACCOUNTS MUST BE PAID IN FULL INCLUDING RECITAL FEE
May 3 - 5 Stage One competition for all competition classes
May 10-11 Spring Recital at Licking Heights High School
June 22 - 27 KAR Nationals in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee
Winter Weather Policy
If the Gahanna-Jefferson School District is closed due to inclement weather (i.e. snow, ice, bitter cold, etc.), the studio will be closed on that day, even if weather conditions improve during the afternoon and evening hours. This same policy applies when school is dismissed before regular dismissal times due to bad weather. If any of the above conditions arise after regular school hours or on a Saturday, please call the studio before attempting the trip, or check our Facebook or Instagram pages.
